The Individual Giving Team sits as part of the wider fundraising department. The purpose of this role is to manage and deliver excellent supporter care, customer service and donor administration, assist in the development and delivery of high quality direct marketing campaigns and effectively manage our supporter database (Raiser’s Edge), ensuring robust policies and procedures are implemented.
