Information for Parents

Every year, Coram Life Education helps more than 800,000 children across the UK learn to make responsible life choices. By teaching them about diet, exercise and to manage the risks they may encounter, we help them to take responsibility for their own lives.

The online children's activities in this part of Coram's website have been developed by educators from Coram Life Education. They are designed to appeal to a variety of age groups, from children aged three to 11 years of age.

These activities build on what children learn during Coram Life Education sessions delivered by educators from local Life Education trusts in schools across the country. Equally they can be enjoyed by any child who simply wants to have fun and learn more about making healthy choices.

If your child's school is visited by a local Life Education trust, you can expect them to begin to learn the skills that will help them make healthier choices in life: confidence, communication, an understanding of how the body works and the ability to think independently.
