Coram provides intensive support for families with children who need it most, as part of our work in the London Borough of Ealing.
Coram's Outreach Team aims to work with those families who find it harder to access services than others. We work side-by-side with families to give them the confidence to access various free services available across the Ealing borough. By introducing them to the group activities we run, families can meet people, learn new skills and share experiences with one another.
Families with children under the age of five can request our services directly or through someone else, like a school or health visitor. Coram's Outreach Worker will then contact the family to assess what support is required and agree what the next steps forward are. We can arrange a home visit to the family home, where practical advice can be given on any areas of concern.
