Cycle to Cannes
Coram is delighted to have become the main beneficiary for the second year running of Cycle to Cannes, a unique fundraising challenge event for those working in, or in support of, the UK property sector. The challenge is sponsored by Broadgate Estates.
The annual bike ride from London to Cannes, in the south of France, covers a gruelling 1,500km over six days in early March.
The aim is to raise £200,000.
The challenge, now in it's seventh year, takes in the countryside, hills and mountains of France before finishing in Cannes in time for MIPIM, the world’s premier exhibition event for the property sector.
2013 is the second year in a long-term partnership between Coram and Cycle to Cannes.
Two thirds of the money will be donated to Coram and used to help change the lives of 10,000 UK children, through two areas of Coram's vital work:
The remainder will be used to support other charities with close links to the Cycle to Cannes challenge.
Money is raised through a combination of personal sponsorship of riders and corporate support.
Whether you’re interested in positioning your company alongside some of the biggest names in property or seating yourself on a bike bound for the Mediterranean, we’d love to have your support. Contact Lydia Parnell at Coram.
