Training & Consultancy
Coram offers a bespoke training and consultancy service on how to set up and run services such as:
- Adoption
- Parents Training
- Working with schools
- Skills training on concurrency
This would include a range of models such as the Webster Stratton Incredible Years programme and Strengthening Families, Strengthening Communities.
In addition we are able to offer:
- Needs analysis for strategic development
- Management of local authority adoption
- Specialised training for Social Workers in adoption and family placement
- Partnership work with communities and schools
