Training & Consultancy

Coram offers a bespoke training and consultancy service on how to set up and run services such as:

  • Adoption
  • Parents Training
  • Working with schools
  • Skills training on concurrency

This would include a range of models such as the Webster Stratton Incredible Years programme and Strengthening Families, Strengthening Communities.

In addition we are able to offer:

  • Needs analysis for strategic development
  • Management of local authority adoption
  • Specialised training for Social Workers in adoption and family placement
  • Partnership work with communities and schools
