Description: The main purpose of the role is to provide administrative and secretarial support for the Coram Adoption Service as part of the administrative team. The successful candidate will provide full secretarial and administrative support for specified social workers and you will undertake copy and audio typing using Microsoft Word. You will ensure that files are kept up-to-date, including record keeping and monitoring. You will work as part of the administration team, which includes assisting when workloads are high and working to tight deadlines and respond appropriately to enquiries, take messages and ensure that they are acted on/passed on. Description: The main purpose of role is to recruit volunteer parents to support the work of the FDAC team and to supervise and coach them in their development of the understanding and skills necessary to work with substance misusing families. The successful candidate will coordinate volunteers in their role as support to families throughout The Family Drug and Alcohol Court process. You will Monitor volunteers movements and ensure they are safe when lone working outside of FDAC service and you will work with volunteers and integrate the service delivery of volunteer parent mentors as part of the intervention to substance misusing families. Project: Adoption and Permanent Families- East Midlands
Description: We are seeking a self motivated and enthusiastic individual to take responsibility for all aspects of the day-to-day management of the East Midlands Adoption Team. Working closely with the Head of Adoption and Permanent Families Service, you will share in the development of the strategy and the growth and profile of the service. Yours will be a key role in developing and maintaining Coram’s position as a leading voluntary adoption agency, ensuring the safe, efficient and economic operation of the project. You will lead a team of social work professionals, including recruiting and supporting the adoption panel. As a GSCC registered Social Worker, you will have a proven background in permanence planning and adoption, and experience as a manager.
