born to learn

born to learn

Coram’s Born to Learn programme works with parents of 1-3 year olds to support their child’s learning. This is part of the national DCSF-funded Early Learning Partnership Project. Coram’s Born to Learn family support team:

- Provide one-to-one home visits for families
- Hold regular group sessions for parents to get together and discuss ideas
- Share new, fun and simple play activities which parents can do with their children
- Are trained in the ‘Parents as First Teachers (PAFT) model, focusing on parents’ strengths
- Enable parents to support their child’s learning and development

Any family with a child between 1-3 years living in Camden or Islington can choose to be referred.
