Join us for a seminar with principal speaker Keir Starmer QC MP to discuss the future of children's rights in an uncertain world.
Keir Starmer QC MP is the Shadow Secretary of State for Exiting the EU and Labour MP for Holborn & St Pancras. Before being elected to Parliament in 2015, Keir was the Director of Public Prosecutions and head of the Crown Prosecution Service (2008-2013). Keir co-founded Doughty Street Chambers in 1990, working to protect human rights and fight against the death penalty. He is the author of several key texts on the law, and from 2002-2007 he worked for the Policing Board of Northern Ireland as a human rights advisor.
