Summary of the evaluation of the Young Carers in Schools Programme

Coram has published a new report highlighting the positive impact a programme in schools is having on young carers’ wellbeing, confidence and academic attainment. Here is a summary of the report and its findings.

The summary includes an overview of findings such as how well young carers have been able to improve their relationship with education and their academic progress, if young carers experience wider improvements in terms of personal wellbeing and what the policy messages that emerge from the findings are.
