Help raise vital funds for vulnerable children
We know it might not feel like fundraising will be as easy with most people out of offices and working from home. However, we have put together this guide to show you it can be just as simple and just as fun, we just have to get creative!
You can fundraise for us from your home in many different ways. Find our recommendations below:
Virtual events happen online, rather than in the real world, and can take the place of many events you may have been planning. It means people can attend no matter where they are based.
Sign up to My Prudential RideLondon now!
Date:15 and 16 of August
Location: wherever you are!
This is your chance to get on your bike – or scooter, skateboard, trike, roller skates, unicycle – and take part in the world’s greatest festival of cycling, wherever you live and with whoever you like, to raise vital funds for Coram. All you have to do is:
1. Register here and select your challenge. There are three cycling distances to choose from, or you can invent your own My FreeCycle wheeled challenge over 1km. Once you've registered, you'll get the chance to set up your own Virgin Money Page to start fundrasing.
2. Fundraise: let people know all about your challenge so they can sponsor you.
3. Participate: set your wheels in motion and complete your challenge anywhere over the weekend of 15 and 16 of August!
4. Nominate: encourage your family and friends to take part and help save the UK’s charities.
When you've registed you'll be able to access the My Prudential RideLondon App (available to download from 10 August), giving you an official time, finisher certificate, a chance to win prizes.
Don't forget to spread the word on social media too by using the hashtag #MyPRL!
