Complaints policy and procedure

Coram is committed to listening to and respecting all of its service users including children and young people. It is inevitable, however, that we will occasionally get things wrong and we need to be told so we can put things right. If you have a comment or complaint about any aspect of the service we have provided you, you can:

  • Talk to a member of staff who provides you with the service
  • Phone us (see contact us page) and make a complaint to a member of our staff.
  • Email our complaints officer at

Please ensure you name the relevant service in your complaint so we can direct it to the right department.
