Drawing on his own experience of adoption, award winning photographer Richard Ansett has created a series of intimate portraits that explore the deeply personal stories of those he considers his ‘tribe’.
For this project, Richard has worked with some of the families and children we support. Travelling across the country, he has captured a collection of thoughtful and deeply personal portraits which reflect the experiences and stories at the heart of adoption.
The series has been specially commissioned by Coram to mark the centenary of The Adoption of Children Act 1926 and to celebrate National Adoption Week 2026, as well as supporting our ongoing adoption recruitment programme.
Alcohol, soft drinks and light refreshments will be served throughout the event.
