We’re pleased to welcome two brilliant speakers:
- Terri-Anne Hamer is a Churchill Fellow, a Project Worker with The Care Leavers’ Association and a third-generation care-experienced mum of three. She is passionate about activism and creating change, advocating specifically for older care-experienced people.
- Sebastian Moore is the Co-Founder of the Civil Service Care-Experienced Network. He is one of the UK’s recognised voices in AI governance and digital strategy. A care leaver from County Durham, he speaks on responsible AI adoption, business relationship management, and the systems that shape organisations and lives, bringing evidence, candour and lived experience to every stage.
