This event is like no other, with a record breaking 56,640 runners taking to the streets this year and thousands of spectators gathering to cheer you on.

Ballot Entry
The 2026 ballot has now closed, with results now announced. If you were lucky enough to get a ballot place, you can still choose to run and fundraise for Coram. By running for Coram on a ballot place you will receive the same support and perks as our charity place runners, just without the minimum fundraising target. Charity Place Entry

By running for Coram you will receive:
- A personalised Coram ‘Champion for Children’ running vest or top
- A motivating cheer point along the route, with a professional photographer to capture you in action
- Finishers Medal
- Regular support and advice from a dedicated member of the Challenge Events team
