Coram International had the pleasure of facilitating a two-day workshop in Tunis with UNICEF Libya and its partners from government and academia.
This workshop developed a roadmap for strengthening the social service workforce for child protection, kick-starting efforts in Libya to implement key recommendations arising from a mapping of the child protection system. These include the professionalisation of the social service workforce and the building of national capacities to prevent and respond effectively to child abuse, neglect and exploitation.
