A final evaluation of the four-year 'Reform of the Juvenile Justice System in Moldova' project, published in 2012.
The purpose of this report was to evaluate the contribution of the project to juvenile justice reform, to provide insight into the current status of the juvenile justice system, as well as strategic recommendations for next steps for all engaged stakeholders, and to evaluate the impact of the reform on children who have been in contact with the law through children’s own opinions.
The report included a desk review of laws, guidelines, and policies, as well as other relevant documentation, as well as quantitative and qualitative primary data collection. An overview of findings and recommendations can be found in the Executive Summary within the report.
