Children and counter-terrorism

The overall objective of the research project was to shed light on the particular vulnerability of children and juveniles in the context of counter-terrorism legislation and policies. The recommendations provided aim to help governments integrate domestic and international juvenile justice and child protection standards into their counter-terrorism frameworks.

Children in Conflict with the Law: Needs assessment of primary, secondary and tertiary prevention services in Moldova

This report was designed to inform the work of UNICEF and the Moldovan government as they assisted authorities to develop the necessary social infrastructure and support programmes for children and families who are at risk of coming into conflict with the law.
