Coram has published its impact report for 2024/25, setting out how the Coram group of charities and organisations has supported hundreds of thousands of children and young people over the last 12 months. 

Today (24 June) marks the start of Coram Shakespeare Schools Foundation’s (CSSF) silver jubilee celebrations, with the release - from ‘Midsummer to Twelfth Night’ - of 25 inspiring stories from people whose lives were transformed by participating in the CSSF Theatre Festival.

Over the last 12 months, Coram has worked with hundreds of thousands of children and young people nationwide to make their lives better – more than ever before.

Coram today welcomes the news that Jan Forshaw, Head of Education at Coram Life Education, has been appointed a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) in the 2023 New Year Honours List.

Qaisar Sheikh, head of Education Law at CCLC, has been named Legal Aid Lawyer of the Year in the category of public law at the Legal Aid Practitioner Group’s 20th Legal Aid Lawyer of the Year awards which took place on 12 July.

Coram is delighted that Professor Carolyn Hamilton, Director of Research and International Programmes at Coram Children’s Legal Centre, has been granted the award of Dame Commander of the British Empire (DBE) for Services to Children’s Rights and Education in the 2017 Queen’s Birthday Honours List.
